GOAL: This three-day workshop leads the students through the steps in identifying processes in your manufacturing flow, pulling them out of the background of clutter and building an entire value stream according to lean principles.

Methodology: Training sessions are comprised of lecture, written exercises, large and small group discussions, PowerPoint and video presentations. Workshops materials include a participant guide with the templates necessary to perform a complete value stream mapping project.
